I, the undersigned join the ESMA
freely and voluntarily and will uphold its Memorandum of Incorporation,
constitution, policies, procedures and values, board and AGM resolutions.
I authorise the EMSA to represent
me in matters of collective bargaining, securing, advocacy, promotion and
protection of good conditions of service as applicable to me. I understand that
benefits applicable to me are chosen by me voluntarily and by choice. I will
honour and pay all premiums on time and authorise EMSA to collect and pay over
my benefit premiums to the insurance broker or directly to the underwriter. I authorise
ESMA to debit my account for subscription fees and
the premiums for benefit(s) I have chosen.
By submitting this application
form I enter into an agreement with ESMA based on my undertaking in this
application form.
The applicant must occupy or has within the preceding 10 years, occupied An executive and senior management position.
A member must possess at least a level eight (8) post matric qualification.
A full member has full voting rights and can be voted into office and may enjoy all benefits of membership.
Requirements are the same as the Full Member Annual Subscription but billing will occur monthly
The applicant may not be employed in an executive position but has an interest in the advancement and protection of executives and senior managers conditions of service and interests.
This member must be willing to comply with the requirements of the association.
A special Member may enjoy some of the benefits of membership.
Requirements are the same as the Special Member Annual Subscription but billing will occur monthly
This membership is available to persons currently employed or for the preceding 5 years employed as a manager or middle manager.
This member may enjoy some of the membership benefits such as legal participation in the legal representation scheme and other benefits
Requirements are the same as the Benefits Member Annual Subscription but billing will occur monthly
