Membership Categories
This category is for individuals who currently occupy or have occupied an executive and senior management position within the preceding 10 years.
Full members must possess at least a level eight post-matric qualification and enjoy full voting rights, the opportunity to be voted into office, and all benefits of membership.
Special members may not be employed in an executive position but have a keen interest in advancing and protecting executives' and senior managers' conditions of service and interests.
These members must be willing to comply with the association's requirements and may enjoy some of the benefits of membership as determined by the board from time to time
This membership is open to individuals currently employed or employed within the preceding 5 years as a manager or middle manager.
Benefits members may enjoy specific membership benefits, such as legal participation in the legal representation scheme and other benefits as determined by the board from time to time

FEES
Fees are levied for different categories and are determined and fixed annually at the General Meeting of members. They are levied monthly to cover operations and support the advancement and protection of member's conditions of service in accordance with ESMA's accounting year.
